WorkwearPlus uses the services of a courier company to bring your personalised order safely to your door.  We work hard to ensure the standards that we maintain are upheld by those who work with us.  We will get your order to you as quickly as possible, without compromising quality.  Our courier offers a next day delivery service which, including any personalisation and artwork approval, is expected to be 4-5 working days after receipt of your order.

Our Express Service

If you are in need of some last minute items for an event, or a fast turnaround on workwear for new team members, we may be able to help.  There are some products that will allow us to embellish and despatch within 72 hours if an order is placed before midday.  (Logo approval will be sent by 2pm, we will need to receive your signed approval received by 3pm).  Please call our Workwear Team for advice on which items are available to meet the deadline!

The additional cost for the Express Service is only £2 per garment and is available for delivery in UK mainland only.

  • Only one embellishment location allowed per garment.
  • A maximum of 100 embroidered garments allowed.
  • A maximum of 250 printed garments allowed.
  • Maximum artwork size 150x100.


We want you to be pleased with your WorkwearPlus order but sometimes things do go wrong and can be missed. So if you are not happy with any of our products, call us and let us know, and we’ll advise you on the next steps and do our very best to fix the problem.

Please do not return any items without speaking to a member of our WorkwearPlus team in the first instance.  We will advise on the returns process, and where applicable, we will provide you with a returns postage slip.

We will replace all faulty customised items. However, we cannot provide returns on customised items that are not faulty. Please make sure you check any artwork before signing off as pre-approved artwork errors cannot be returned.

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or refund opened underwear/lingerie, control wear, hosiery and swimwear unless faulty. We can exchange or refund these items if hygiene strips and tags are in place and the original packaging is unopened and unmarked.

Please note:

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Once this period has passed, items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Priority deliveries paid for when ordering are customer preference. Unless goods returned are faulty, delivery surcharges cannot be refunded.
